Windsor Button Shop opens.

Operated by the Koplow family, it is located initially on Chauncy Street. The store moves to 35 Temple Place in the 1990s and is purchased by Susan and Stanley Baker in 1998. It is forced to close when the landlord announces extensive renovations to the building in 2013.
