West Roxbury High School (third) is built.

Architect: Samuel Glaser & Partners. Designed in the Brutalist style, it is located at 1205 Veterans of Foreign Wars Parkway. The building becomes home to four smaller learning centers and is renamed the West Roxbury Education Complex in 2005. The building is closed due to its physical deterioration in 2019. A recent proposal calls for it to be renovated as the new home of the O’Bryant High School of Science and Technology.
