Fitzgerald, Edward Englert, Clement Norton, Perlie Dyar Chase, Charles Taylor, Peter Murray, Henry Shattuck, Edward Hutchinson Jr., Theodore Lyons, George Murray, Sidney Rosenberg, James Agnew, John Dowd, John Kelly, and Maurice Sullivan.
