Thirteen candidates are elected to the Boston City Council.

Elected at-large are incumbents Ruthzee Louijeune, the top vote-getter, Julia Mejia, and Erin Murphy, along with newcomer Henry Santana. Elected to district seats are incumbents Tania Fernandes Anderson, Liz Breadon, Sharon Durkan, Edward Flynn, Gigi Coletta, and Brian Worrell, and newcomers John FitzGerald, Enrique Pepén, and Ben Weber. Four of the successful candidates (Santana, Durkan, Pepén, and Weber) were backed by Mayor Michelle Wu. Louijeune is elected the fist Haitian-American council president on January 1, 2024.
