Tenants Development Corporation is designated developer of a site in the South End.

The Boston Redevelopment Authority designates TDC to redevelop 89 – 91 Worcester Street. Formed by the South End Tenants Council, TDC is a community development corporation formed by the South End Tenants Council, which is made up of tenants of buildings formerly owned by the Mindick family.
