Temple Agudath Israel Anshei Sfard is built.

The synagogue is located at 220 Woodrow Avenue. The congregation was established by a group which left congregation Hadrath Israel across the street 1916. The building is now Temple Salem, a Haitian Seventh Day Adventist Church.
