Kerry (D-Mass.) testifies before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in the same room and at the same table where he testified 42 years earlier as a leader of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War. Subsequently confirmed by a Senate vote of 94 to 3, Kerry is sworn in as Secretary of State in Washington on February 1, 2013.
