Seaver (Edwin P.) School is built.
1924
Architect: Blackall, Clapp & Whittemore. Named for the headmaster of English High School and Boston school superintendent and designed in the Georgian Revival style, it is located at 35 Eldridge Road. The building is completely remodeled by John Cullen in 1930 and two wings are added in 1931. The school is closed in 1981 and the building is converted to 18 condominiums in 1983.
