Rowe v. Boston Symphony Orchestra case is settled.

The Boston Symphony Orchestra agrees to a financial settlement with principal flutist Elizabeth Rowe. Rowe had filed the suit n Massachusetts Superior Court on July 2, 2018, the day after enactment of the Massachusetts Equal Pay Law, charging that she was being paid far less than the orchestra’s principal oboist, a man.
