Massachusetts Envelope Company is established.

Founded by Max Grossman, it is located at 641 Atlantic Avenue. The company begins by selling envelopes to immigrants to send cash back to their families and Europe. It subsequently becomes a full-service printing operation, moves to Somerville, becomes Grossman Marketing Group, and continues to do business today.
