Malcolm X House is built.

[1872-BGL, PV] It is located on the former site of a farm at 72 Dale Street. The house is purchased by Ella Little Collins, the sister of Malcom X, in 1941,* and he lives here from 1941 to 1944. The building is declared a Boston landmark in 1997, acquired by Historic Boston, Inc., becomes the site of an archeological dig in 2016, and is added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.
