Cheronoa defeats 2018 winner Lelisa Desisa by .2 seconds. Daniel Romanchuk of the U.S. (1:21:36) and Manuela Schär of Switzerland (1:34:19) are the wheelchair winners. Times are slower than normal because of the cold, rain, and high wind that make it one of the most difficult runs in marathon history.
