Kimball-Cheever House is built.

(ca.) Built by bricklayer Ebenezer Kimball and his brother Jonathan, it is initially half of the Parker-Emery House and located at 43 Tileston Street. It is purchased by Joshua Cheever in 1747. A fourth floor is added and the building is subsequently greatly altered over the years.
