Jim Kweskin Jug Band is formed.

Led by Kweskin, the band includes Bill Keith, Mel Lyman, Geoff and Maria Muldaur. It disbands in 1968. The surviving members, Kweskin and the Muldaurs, reunite more than 40 years later for two nights of concerts at Club Passim in both 2013 and 2015
