Hyde Park High School (sixth) is built.

[1928-BLC] Architect: McLaughlin & Burr. Designed in the Georgian Revival style, it is located at 655 Metropolitan Avenue. The school is converted to three learning centers in 2005. It becomes home to the Boston Community Leadership Academy in September 2021, and is renamed the Ruth Batson Academy in 2024.
