Harvard Club of Boston is built.

[1913] Architect: Parker, Thomas & Rice. It is located at 374 Commonwealth Avenue. The club, a separate entity from the university, was established in 1908. David McCord is a subsequent resident, following his retirement in 1963. The club subsequently establishes an additional location on the 38th floor at 1 Federal Street from the 1970s until 2019.
