Guiney (Louise Imogen) is born in Roxbury.

The daughter of Col. and Mrs. Patrick Guiney, Louise Imogen Guiney attends Notre Dame Academy, the Edward Everett School, and graduates from the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Providence. She becomes a popular poet and member of Boston literary circles and lives at 16 Pinckney Street. Guiney moves to England in 1901, and dies there on November 2, 1920.
