[1919-MLS] Architect: Parker, Thomas & Rice. The Gloucester is located at 8 Gloucester Street. The apartment building is owned initially by Frederick Dabney. A. Lawrence Lowell becomes the owner by 1928. The building is converted to 17 condominiums in 1973.
