Dumping of garbage near Boston Harbor is prohibited.

(Sept.) Selectmen pass an ordinance that declares, “no person shall leave any fish or garbage neere the said Bridge or common landing place between the 2 Creeks whereby any annoyance may come to the people that pass that way, upon paine to forfeit for every such offence five shillings.”
