Demonstration against Boston police practices is held.

Some 150 people demonstrate outside Boston Police Department Headquarters after a report concludes police stop and question blacks more than other residents. Compiled by the American Civil Liberties Union, the report found blacks 8% more likely to be stopped multiple times by police and 12% more likely to be stopped and frisked.
