The Celtics beat Houston 103-102 at Boston Garden. After Houston’s Mike Newlin draws the second of two offensive fouls on Cowens by pretending to be knocked down, Cowens rushes across the court, throws Newlin to the floor, and screams at the referee, “Now that’s a foul!”
