Concert Hall is built.

It is located at the southeast corner of today’s Hanover Street and Court Street. It is built by Gilbert Deblois, organist at King’s Chapel, and his brother Louis, who maintain a shop on the first floor. The second floor hall is also used for meetings. The building is demolished to allow for the widening of Hanover Street in May 1869.
