Charlame Park Homes I is dedicated.

Architect: Beders & Alpers. It is located on Humboldt Avenue. Built as part of the Washington Park Urban Renewal Plan, its construction was sponsored by the Charles Street AME Church. Ground was broken for the project on September 26, 1966.
