Brighton Universalist Church is built .

Architect: Thomas Silloway. Designed by its first minister, the church is located at 541 Cambridge Street. The congregation dissolves in 1887 and the building subsequently becomes headquarters for the Brighthelmstone Club and is today the Allston Knights of Columbus Hall.
