Brady (Tom) is born in San Mateo, California.

The son of Tom and Galynn Brady, Tom Brady attends the University of Michigan, is drafted by the New England Patriots in 2000, steps in for injured quarterback Drew Bledsoe, and leads the team to the first of five Super Bowl championships in 2001.* Brady lives for a time at 310 Beacon Street, and becomes the greatest quarterback in National Football League history. He marries Giselle Bundchen in 2009, moves to Brookline, and goes on to play his three final seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beginning in 2020. Boston Globe sportswriter Dan Shaughnessy subsequently declares, “The 21st century is the High Renaissance of Boston sports, and Brady was our Michelangelo.”
