Boston Trade High School (first) opens.
March 18, 1912
[1911] Originally the Pre-Apprentice School, then the Central Industrial School for Boys, then the Boston Industrial School, it is located initially in the Brimmer School on Common Street. The school offers both shop and academic course. It adopts its subsequent name when it moves to a new building on Parker Street in 1917,* and closes in 1973.
