Boston is rated the most traffic-congested city in the U.S.

According to the transportation analytics company INRIX, Boston drivers lost 164 hours a year in rush hour traffic in 2018. Boston is ranked the most the most congested city in the U.S. in 2020, when drivers lost 149 hours during the year in 2019.
