Boston Common underground garage scandal is exposed.

Massachusetts Parking Authority Chairman George Brady and other officials are accused of taking nearly $800,000 in kickbacks from contractors working on the garage. Brady flees, but is subsequently arrested in Atlantic City, convicted, and serves 16 months in prison.
