Beacon Hill babysitter wins Massachusetts Lottery Jackpot.

Maria Grasso, a babysitter for the family of venture capitalist Chris Gabrieli, wins $197 million in the “Big Game” jackpot. Grasso emigrated to Boston from Peru in 1971, the year that the lottery was established. Her prize is the largest payoff to an individual in the history of U.S. government-sponsored lotteries.
