Barbara Coyne, 67, is stabbed and killed.

April 16, 2012

Coyne is killed by an intruder in her home at 737 East Seventh Street home. A 26-year-old neighbor is subsequently arrested and charged with her murder, but the case is stalled when the suspect’s twin brother refuses to submit a DNA sample to prove that his brother – and not the twin – is the killer. The court subsequently orders the twin to provide the DNA sample, and his brother is convicted of the crime on October 9, 2015.
