New England Galaxy. Set in 1770, the hero is a man from Boston who, returning from Concord, is caught in a storm in Arlington and is unable to return home to his wife and daughter on Middle Road (today’s Hanover Street). His ghost is reputedly sighted along Boston area roads ever after.
