Members of Women Survivors of Homicide demonstrate at Forest Hills Station to protest the large number of unsolved murders in Boston. Some 20 women board an Orange Line train, take all the seats along one side of a car, and ride it into downtown, while holding signs and pictures of their loved ones who have been murdered. According to the Boston Herald, between 2004 and 2013, there were 335 unsolved murder cases in Boston, more than two-thirds of them in Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury.
