Sponsored by the Coalition for Jobs Not Jails, the demonstration by hundreds of people on Boston Common calls call for programs to replace juvenile detention. Made up of more than 100 organizations across the state, the coalition calls for an end to state spending for prison expansion and use of those funds to create jobs instead.
