Boston Strong concert is held.

A benefit for victims of the Boston Marathon bombing, it is held at the TD Garden. Performers include Aerosmith, J. Geils Band, New Kids on the Block, and James Taylor – all of whom appear without being paid. The concert generates approximately $1.6 million for the One Boston Fund.
