Architect: Elkus Manfredi Architects. It is located on the former site of Jimmy’s Harborside restaurant at 242 Northern Avenue. The three-building complex features a Legal Harborside restaurant, Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill, Temazcal Tequila Cantina, and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House.
