It is located at 470 Blue Hill Avenue. The mall includes a CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Stop & Shop Supermarket. Along with Unity Plaza, which opens across the street in 1995, the development replaces commercial properties destroyed or abandoned since riots occurred in the area in 1967.
