Orchard Gardens housing development reopens.

Architect: DHK Architects. Renovated under the federal HOPE VI program, it is located at 25 Ambrose Street. The project is the result of a partnership between the Madison Park Community Development Corporation and Trinity Financial called Madison Trinity. Some 85% of the units are for low-income families and 15% are market rate.
