It is located at 1135 Tremont Street. A year and a half after the building opens, some 500 of the 640 people employed in it complain of respiratory problems and it is diagnosed with “sick building syndrome.” Abandoned by the state, the building is purchased and renovated by Northeastern University, and reopens as Renaissance Park.
