TDC III is completed.

It is located at 400 Massachusetts Avenue. Built by the Tenants Development Corporation, the development includes the renovation of 60 units in three rowhouses on Massachusetts Avenue and construction of the Dawson-Longley Apartments at 400 Massachusetts Avenue. The group also renovates historic buildings at 395, 588, and 397 Massachusetts Avenue, the last building was once the residence of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
