South End Tenants Houses II (SETH II, TDC II) is completed.

They are primarily located on Massachusetts Avenue. Built by the Tenants Development Corporation, the projects consist of 36 rowhouses, 21 of them on Massachusetts Avenue, that had formerly been owned by the Mindick family, who turned them over to the Boston Redevelopment Authority after tenants complained that they were not being maintained.
