Ellen Goodman wins for Distinguished Commentary; William Henry III for Distinguished Criticism, Television; and the Spotlight Team (Stephen Kurkjian, Alexander Hawes Jr., Nils Bruzelius, Joan Vennochi, and Robert Porterfield) for special local reporting for a ten-part series on the inefficiencies of the MBTA.
