Sixteen story apartment building under construction collapses.

Four construction workers are killed in the accident at 2000 Commonwealth Avenue. Flaws in the design and construction of the building are subsequently identified as the cause of the accident, which leaves debris strewn across the nearby trolley tracks and as far as 100 yards away.
