Old Mole is first published in Cambridge.

(Sept.) An “underground” newspaper, its offices are located in Cambridge. The 16-page tabloid takes its name from a quote by Karl Marx (“We recognize out old friend, the old mole, who knows so well how to work underground, suddenly to appear: the revolution.”) It continues until September 1970.
