Demonstration against U.S. involvement in Vietnam is held in Boston.

Demonstrators ring the Federal Building to show support for Dr. Benjamin Spock and four others for conspiring to help young men evade the draft. Afterwards, 25 young men turn in their draft cards at a ceremony attended by more than 1,000 people at the Arlington Street Church.
