Condominium conversion law is adopted in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts legislature passes the bill sponsored by Rep. Michael Dukakis (D-Brookline). It allows apartment to be converted to condominiums and is meant to promote condominiums as affordable ownership opportunities for first-time home buyers.
