Boston Branch NAACP sues to try to stop the return of a fugitive to Georgia.

The organization goes to court to try to stop a fugitive from a Georgia chain gang captured in Boston from being sent back to prison. Although the organization is unsuccessful in its attempt, the case subsequently helps to end the Georgia chain-gang system.
