Central Congregational Church (second) is built.

Designed in the Georgian style, the red brick building is located at 85 Seaverns Avenue (3 Revere Street). The congregation merges with Hope Church, which was founded in 2002 by Revs .Elizabeth and Matthew Myer Boulton, to become Hope Central Church in the spring of 2010. Laura Ruth Jarrett is the first pastor of the combined congregations.
