Packard Motor Car Company Building is built.

Architect: Harold Field Kellogg. Designed in the Art Deco style, it is built in stages beginning in 1909 and located at 1079 – 1089 Commonwealth Avenue. The building is renovated by Peterson Griffin Architects and converted to a supermarket in 1995.
