Paine Furniture Company Building (second) is built.
1914
[1913-M] Architect: Densmore & LeClear. It is located at 75 – 81 Arlington Street. It is one of the first buildings in the Park Square area after demolition of the Boston & Providence Railroad Station. A new entry at 6 St. James Avenue by Charles Hilgenhurst & Associates opens in 1980. The building is sold in 1985 and transformed into retail and office uses in 2000.
