Woodbourne Clubhouse is built.

Architect: Charles Collens. Allen & Collens. It is located at 84 Bourne Street. A lodge with an exterior chimney and two adjacent tennis courts, its purpose, according to promotional material, is to “stimulate social life.” The clubhouse is converted to single family home by James Martin in 1935.
